Global ban #57e240

Hi guys, i havent played dayz in a bout 2 months, and i tried logging in last night, and got the message global ban #57e240. I have done nothing wrong so before you say "you dont get banned for no reason" well i have. Any advice will be apprieciated:)

You literally do not get banned for no reason. This is not to say you in particular did something, but there was a reason.

If you've downloaded any DayZ files from a less-than-reliable source, it may have stolen your CD-key and given you a banned one.

Either way, This is a BattlEye ban, nothing the DayZ staff can do about it.

If you got the Taviana download from some random site, then most likely.

unfortunately, I highly doubt your CD key will be unbanned. You can prevent this from happening again by scanning your computer to remove the virus that steals your CD-key. If you can't find it, then odds are you will have to do a reinstall of windows to remove it.

Make sure you get your DayZ downloads from credible sources in the future.
