Static Daytime on official Hive Server ???

I read somewhere in the patch notes for 1.7.3 that it was possible to now set static time on the official servers in the HiveExt file

but in that file it still says :=

[Time]

;Possible values: Local, Custom, Static

;You cannot use Static on OFFICIAL Hive, it will just revert to Local

Type = Static

;If using Custom type, offset from UTC in hours (can be negative as well)

;Offset = 0

;If using Static type (Hour value always the same on every server start), the value (0-24) to set the Hour to

Hour = 8

If anyone can clear this up for me so i know if its possible or not i would be greatful
