Radio Function

The radio could be useful to like whisper players that are online on the server.

Or maybe talk to them even if you aren't close.

When I say whisper I mean the function on almost every MMORPG game like World of Warcraft.

whisper= send a typed message to someone that just the person you send it to can see it wherever they are.

Some few private hive servers are actually using a plugin that enables "/w Player Message"

The reason Im saying this, is because I don't think 'radios serving a purpose' is in the priority list for the mod, so you're better off waiting for the standalone that's coming out around December 21st.

If you want to talk to someone on the radio, it's fair to assume that everyone else on the channel would be able to hear what you're saying.

This "whisper" doesn't sound like it fits with the feel of DayZ.

There's always the 3rd party chatware option.
