It seems just like ToH to me.

DayZ are using their own modifed ToH engine, this one looks very nice, hopefully DayZ can push the boundaries even further.

Hello there

I've not watched the vid, but you can combine ToH and ArmaOA to get "Take on Arma", so that may be it.

Had a quick peek, looks like TOH and the Hind dlc. Dont expect drastic changes in the revamped engine. they will be there but it is a development not a total overhaul/start from scratch thing.
