is it possible to fix broken windows on buildings and put doors on.

I don't think so; but I could see some sort of implementation with using wood planks to cover doors, and windows.

Barricading would be phenomenal but the code work would be too, unfortunately...

How about sandbags? for doors at least. I've never used them.

For the player-destroyed buildings. As far as i know, server restart will fix it
