DayZ not letting Arma2 OA be on correct version?

I have been having an issue where if I try and use DayZ commander, and join a server, it says i have bad version. I have tried to update my Arma 2 OA multiple times, and every time I try to start it with DayZ this happens.

The weird thing is is if I run Arma 2 OA by itself it says at the bottom right I have the correct version.

What is the problem here? And how can I fix it?

Manually update Arma Beta? Then UNCHECK "Run with Steam"(or whatever the command in options it).

That might work, but not sure.

Also check for a DZC update.
