Keeping a gun cus it looks cool

Recommended Posts

We've all done it, honestly I've passed up an m107 for a dmr just cus of how cool the dmr looks, and kept a revolver instead of any other pistol too

I don't do this a lot but sometimes I'm just in the mood to look like a badass

My favorite badass setup: black character with aviators

Alice pack (looks cooler than the coyote IMO)

Dmr (may be substituted with a saw)

Revolver

Camo clothing (any black guy with camo clothing looks like a fuckin bawse)

And don't go calling me a noob, I know what guns are better than others, and I've been geared way better than this before, I'm just sayin sometimes I just wanna walk around giving no fucks and looking awesome

There's always a case for the "second kind of cool", glad you're enjoying it.

Besides the obvious no give a fuck winner look of the Hatchet Wielding fiends, the DMR is a sweet sweet second place ;) M107 and as50 comes off as just way too show pony rambonegger.

I imagine you're not a noob to this game in the sense of hours played and understanding of dynamics.

However, I bet you're still a fucking noob shot.

The DMR is not about shooting, it's about struttin'..and poking fish.

The DMR is "oh look at me with my badass gun and my ghillie and my Mark Wahlberg take-no-shit-sniper attitude"

Now lets make the DMR look the same, but with a 5 round magazine and bolt action with a 2 second delay between the trigger pull.

No one would use it. I would. I'd love the challenge. People only use the gun so they can walk their shots in because they have so many, it fires so fast and are to stupid to learn how to range it.

Agreed, it's the fucking noobtube of DayZ.

No idea why it is so common, the most common long rifle should be the CZ then M24 then SVD

svd is my baby, i'd take that over any gun, any day. and not just for the "look cool" factor.
