L85A2 AWS--blurry cross-hairs in scope--fix?

So I know its minor, but it kinda bugs me. The only fix I know of involves buying Arma2 add-ons, BAF and PMC, but I was hoping somebody knew of a free way to fix this, a file I can replace or something. Thanks
