Banned for nothing, what should I do?

I've been Globally Banned on DayZ for no reason and I'm not sure what to do, I've never attempted to hack or do anything wrong in the game since I've been playing it because I know there's no point and it just simply ruins the game for what it is.

I've sent BattleEye and email two days ago and they haven't responded so I thought I could come onto the official DayZ and get some good advice.

Should I buy a new CD-key? If so, where should I get it from? If not, what should I do?

Hello there

Only BE can assist you with your issue.

If you are legit, then you may have downloaded an app which has stolen your key. Again, we cannot help you.

To obtain a new key you must buy the program again.

If you do that ensure that your PC is free of Key stealers first. There are many guides on how to do this. Google and the search tool are your friend.
