Civilian Clothing Myth?

Hey there, just stumbled over something on DayZ Wiki:

"If people already have civilian clothing and dress up in other civilian clothing, they will appear with black clothing (also looking black for all other players)."

Can somebody confirm this? would be a really good thing if you would actually know how you appear for other people in the game, since without putting civilian clothing on as an item, its not synchronized between clients

(on your screen you wear black clothes, think you are hidden well, and someone other sees you with those nasty white sleeves)

Ohh interesting, I'd never heard about this till now. though its not a myth unless its untrue and seeing as you dont know, maybe you should add a ? to you're thread title :D I came here expecting to be told a myth! You lied to me to get me in here!!!!! :P hehe

There you go buddy, a fresh new "?" right where it belongs ;)

I would try to confirm the myth with a video myself, but at the time Fraps is niot working of some odd reasons and i need to try it out with somebody using fraps himself, to show the effect from both sides at a time

edit: Oh, and i dont have civilian clothing on me as well^^

I remember wanting to only sport the black & black outfit. This would've been 1.7.2.6. I found that it just almost rerolled the dice for the civies, meaning sometimes youd get it and sometimes youd get the tan and blue etc. im not at home so i cant try it right now.
