Server Battleye Help!

Recommended Posts

Okay so the owner updated the server ARMA version to 98866 from 98220. Upon restarting the server and joining, I was greeted with a message saying "This server is runing an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please conatct the DayZ staff." I thought it was something to do with my client, so I reinstalled everything including Battleye. Soon after, I received complaints from many people saying that the same message had been coming up for them as well. I have tried everything that I possibly know to fix this, but to no avail. I have recently noticed though, that when I join (confirmed by my other server admins) it says "Battleye Client: Initialized (v1.182)." The newest version of the client sided Battleye is 1.183. I do not know what is causing this to happen, not allowing the automatic update of Battleye or running on a lower version.

If anyone has any idea as to how to fix this, I will be greatly appreciative.

My server is AU 18 and is connected to the hive.

Search function next time. ;)

To bad its my whole server, everyone that joins gets this message. I have looked through that already and nothing is useful in helping me solve this problem. I run a hive server and if that thread is correct, that means I am not connected to the hive even though the server has been up for over 3 months. o_O Better contact a DayZ Staff member then...
