Global ban #f2100e

My CD key was stolen so i bought a new one and if i try to join a server it says global ban #f2100e

i googled it but i found nothing i looked on the battleye website but i can't find global ban #f2100e

can anyone help me please?

#f2100e only refers to the first 6 digits of your GUID.

If that's your old (stolen) GUID, you can try running your new copy of OA and it should update your registry and replace the old one with the new one.

If that's the new one, then your new copy has been globally banned by BattlEye and you will need to contact them.
