Not too sure that there's a measurable amount. I think it just depends on what server you play and what happens during your session.

At a guestimation I would say you would be looking around 30mb per hour. (16 mb down/ 14 mb up)

That excludes patches and chopping and changing server every 5 seconds, as you use more traffic when you join a server.
