How to setup private Namalsk server.

Sorry for bumping this thread but I keep getting an error doing this. Works with chernarus but as soon as I use the files required for Namalsk it keeps giving me an error

This is the Error:

14:45:41 Database(0): [Warning] Could not connect to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061), retrying in 1 seconds

Not sure what im doing wrong here.

It worked once just randomly but then I couldnt access anything with Navicat, saved it later. but never found out how that happend.

Hey guys great server pack Stapo.

Only thing im really struggling to figure out is how to change the starting inventory of new players to add for instance a MAP. Can anyone help me with that? what PBO do i have to edit? or is it in the SQL database?
