Server roll back.

is there anyway i can get my server rolled back? i believe i had a hack on my server that spawned a bunch of vehicles and now my server is using up way to much memory. please email me at [email protected] or here. thanks. ip:72.249.94.2:2702

If it is a normal server (aka public hive) then a rollback wont happen as survivor data is not linked to an actual instance id.

Backup should be done by MySQL, i have not yet done this myself, but there should be away to let MySQL take a snapshot every N minutes, so when things go titsup, you can just swap back to a backup of lets say 5 minutes ago.

You just replace the database with a backed up one.

Like i said, i have not done it myself, so i'm wildly guessing.

P.S. this only is for PRIVATE hive server !

well waht i need to happen is get the map reset to a couple of days ago don't need the player data to be reset just want is on my map.
