Well the server admin is the only one that will be able to determine if these claims are legitimate or not by checking the logs since you haven't posted any evidence, I'm not sure why you think Rhyye(EXinar) and Rammfisch are the same people/same IP though, as far as I can see there IP's are not the same, they aren't even from the same country. :/
