What do they mean by unbanned in regards to vehicles? Does that mean theyll spawn in chernarus on hive servers or that theyll be available for use on private servers?

I'm presuming it means they'll be part of the standard spawned vehicles.

I'd love to see what they actually look like.

Your question is confusing, but I think I know what you seek.

Presuming you mean vehicles on servers, I'd assume it to mean that vehicles that were once spawnable (yet not legal), have now been made legal into the game. I know there's been some new additions, and I'm really excited about this. :D
