How good should this pc run dayz? ( I'm Getting it soon)

That should do well for DayZ I cant say how many fps, but I would imagine it would play pretty nicely. If i were to make an improvement if you get a bit of cash down the line is get a SSD hard drive, they do make a big difference performance wise. You dont need a big drive at all, just a small SSD for boot drive then use the big HDD for storage. Or maybe even get a smaller SSD and use it as a Cache drive. the performance boost is very nice and very noticeable.

SSD will generally only help through SOME of the loading (dayz seems to require a lot of loading from the network), but it's worth it just for the speed of everything else. As for the rig, that'll get you some pretty good frames, I would think. I have a similar rig, just a bit higher end, and get about 80 FPS with my settings about maxed out at 1080p, so I'd figure you'd be between 40-60.

i looked through the specs and saw no mention of a graphic card. Do you have one already?

Also what is the i5 2320 Sandybridge? I've got the 2500K sandybridge. Weird that it said its max turbo frequency was 3.3GHz too, i'm guessing that one's not unlocked.

4GB of RAM is a bit sub-par these days seeing as 8GB performance ram (1600MHz+) is only £35/$60.

As always for the money you could build a better. It doesn't take much work to put everythin together and you end up with a computer you know.

You must have someone who can help you piece one together surely?
