how to effectively diable waypoints? i did change the Hudwp=0 and HudwpPerm=0 but still it's there.

on my batch file says -profiles=cfgdayz and my batch file is located on the root OA folder, to where does cfgdayz is pointed? is it at the root directory? i did put cfgdayz there but nothing. inside cfgdayz folder? nothing. cfgdayz>users> still the same. can someone point me to the right direction?

Which waypoints do you mean? The ones you put on the map yourself or for a server? You would find second in the server.cfg if i remember correct.
