Ping Problems...

Hello everyone, I am posting this because i have been having ping problems where my ping is around 150 ms and that is getting me kicked out of every server, my connection is good i have good download speeds, i just don't know what the issue is and it is very frustrating, i am located in Colombia, Latin America, and i read somewhere that proximity to the server could be the issue, could anyone help me with this matter, maybe someone who is also located in latin america or something? or could somebody recommend a location (i go to us servers usually). Thanks in advance, and don't get killed :).

Use this to test your ping, you can select a server near you.

http://www.pingtest.net/

Then conect to a DayZ server located near you.

Don't touch your ports.
