Paid hacker conversation with costumer on our server

So we caught a nice conversation between a hacker and someone who had paid him to spawn in items on our server, do I need to hide GUID's and IP's before pasting (it has been trimmed down for viewing pleasure already)? How can we get this guy onto BE's ban list?

Thanks guys... it is a rather fun and interesting conversation :-)
