What i think about, is that Hunting mechanism should be improved.

I really would like to hunt down bears, deers, rabbits, and other animals

Gather fur and skin from them, and later craft cool styled clothes.

What you think about it?

How about a real Hunting engine, that will make Hunting - realistic and cool.

Tracking down deer for 2 hours by it's footsteps, and then finding and killing it - epic.

Make possible to see footsteps of animals, that will help you find the animal!

Why track a deer for 2 hours when it takes 10 minutes to walk into any building on the map and open a can of beans. Or run over a cow with your car, jump out, and gut it. Seriously, all of your suggestions have been made before, you're just trying to get your posts up.

Tracking a dear, is very interresting.

I am talking about forestlife man.

Gathering berries, hunting deers. Chance to meet zombie is much lower.

It's a hunter life.

You can eiterh be forest lover, or city poacher.!

the only real changes I'd like to see to the current hunting mechanic is:

Improved Animal AI: The animals don't run away from you...? (Farm animals you could say true, but you'd think by now they'd be a bit skittish with all the meat hungry walkers around)

Improved movement: currently only rabbits are any true challenge to kill, the rest run slower then a granny with a walker to the point you can run circles around them quite literally.

More wildlife: I know they are adding dogs <3 but bring out the bears, the deer...I mean...soooo many deer stands and no deer? they just good at hiding bro?

I rabble on but likely all these things will come with the standalone...making a lot of our threads void since half what we suggest is probably already being added just were not told about it.

I'm down for tracking things down between animals and zombies/survivors from their footsteps.

and since zombies are human bodies, there's a chance you're following a zombie when trying to hunt for players.

Cows should be super rare, just like beans, so that huntng becomes a real option

Lets face it, this is a survival game and the PVP hunting is awesome. Why not go more realistic and be able to kill / eat rats, squirrels, deer, bear, etc. The dogs that will be added are feral I believe and will be hunting you. Humas are added back into the food chain and things like fishing, hunting, gathering would add a whole new layer of depth to the game.

I like the idea of hunting getting vamped up but I can also agree with welch as ramming a cow via URAL at 40+ tends to be hilarious and nutritious.

I agree on the idea that hunting should be improved, woods itself need a huge improvement, they are way to safe.

Hunting animals is also awsome, maybe not for 2 hrs like the example, but yeah.

Maybe also add more animals, like bears, wolfs, fixes, ect.. and having an infection chance on them, that would make them aggresive towards you (yay for murderous bunnies!) and killing them would make their meat automatically infected also.

Ideas are endless for wildlife and hunting. There should be something implemented.
