Silenced Makarov and normal Bizon

Since the sidearm ammunition inventory can hold eight items and Bizon magazines have 64 rounds in them, I belive that it would not be unresonable to be able to combine eight makarov magazines into one Bizon magazine since they both use the same 9x18mm ammunition, thought for this to be added correctly a silenced makarov and a normal bizon would have to be added to the drop tables so that silenced makarov mags could spawn and we have something to use normal bizon mags for.

The fuck is with Makstrit.... and I like the idea a lot. Be great to see them added.

I think combining different magazines into another type was considered before, but still its a good Idea.
