Yeah we didn't know wtf was going on. It got rid of our backpacks, and when we d/ced and reconnected we spawned in the ocean which is a known glitch which sometimes happens when you change skins.

Lost all my shit including an M4CCO. However, I found an M14 AIM when i respawned in elektro so no fucks were given. Running around like a nun was fun while it lasted.

I actually haven't seen this particular video before until now XD.

8min54s in is great! However, I've seen some like it. Except, what differs with DayZ is that there is no ai. So all the crazy shit that's been happening to me and the people I've been playing with lately has just come out of our conversations, glitches, and hackers fucking with everyone.

I most definitely have used videos like that as my inspiration though. I think they're called gag reels. And I hope to keep making these as long as I get more worthy footage.

edit- I also think the key to making a good DayZ video is to trim down the footage, at least if possible. Because I really enjoy watching other's playthroughs but hate when i get a 40 minute video to watch when there's only about 3 minutes of actual value. Usually the rest is just them trekking through the forest or something, which is fine as long as they're having a chat about something XD.
