hi all how can I increase fps?

My PC:

Processor :Intel® Core™ i7-2600 @3.40 ghz (quad core)

Video Card:ATI Radeon HD 6750 1 GB

Memory:8 GB ram

Motherboard:PEGATRON IPXSB-H61

fps is 30-60 what should I do?

Disable Anti-Aliasing if you don't mind it looking crap.

Turn down visability. You won't need to see 2400m unless you're a 1337 snip0r warri0r. I reckon a good distance would be 1200m.

Along with these settings that I use - Having all those settings on normal is bad btw.

Texture Detail - Very High ( High for you )

Video Memory - Default

Anisotropic Filtering - Very High ( High for you )

Antialiasing - Low - ( None for you )

ATOC - Disabled

Terrain Detail - Very low

Object Detail - Very low

Shadow Detail - Very High ( High for you )

HDR Quality - Very High ( Normal for you )

PPAA - Disabled

Post Process effects - Disabled

Interface size - optional

Aspect ratio - optional

Vsync - Disabled ( Vsync enabled will limit your FPS to your monitors refresh rate, which is usually 60hz on bog standard LCD's )

Bare in mind , 30-60 fps is about right for DayZ. In Arma2 single player those same settings would result in an extra 30+ fps but DayZ does ALOT of extra CPU task intensive work on the client. The server can also have an effect on your own fps and everyone elses on there.

others did same thing as u said fraps saying 60 fps without what u said now saying 110+ fps at option menu now trying on game I will edit this post in 5 min to say what is changed in game:)

so nice 45+ usually 50 at elektro 75+ inside a building :) didnt check the forest :)

U got my beans:) but I will try object detail and terrain detail at low it looks a little bit bad:)

Ah thankyou for the HDR mistake , I had forgot that it doesn't goto low , havn't changed it for a while hehe. Edited my post.

Cool beans about the 110fps , I get about 130 - 150fps on the menu's so sounds about right for you.

Texture detail , Anisiotropic filtering, Antialiasing, Shadow quality and HDR are all controlled by the Graphics card ( GPU )

I have 2 x Ati ( AMD ) 6870's in xFire so I can afford to have the above settings at max without it impacting my performance.

If I lowerd those settings it wouldnt make much difference to my FPS anyway as my CPU is the bottleneck. Your CPU is way better than mine but your gfx card is abit meh :P

Not alienware just self built. Also have a 60GB SSD for ultra quick loading times and general smoothness ingame when its loading textures to the GPU.

I have just the OS and Arma2/Dayz on the SSD , rest of my games and other junk goes on my 500GB HDD.

4L4N I am uploading a video that hacker control my character:O that server was protected by battleeye,gotcha-antihack and something called like dayz antihack so I start to thing I waste money -_- I start a new topic at cheat report but this time hackers go to much they collect us with a teleporting bus some 1 blow up the bus with Satchel Charge while hacker was saying get in the bus:/ that was funny couse all players in bus was singing gangam style.After Bus blow up hacker become mad teleport ever 1 in server and blow up with Satchel Charge's he killed me 3 times I change server.And then this control thing happends.

BTW that dayz redux seems good is it safe?
