Either manually install it (kinda hard) or install DayZ Commander! DayZ Commander will download everything for you and display all DayZ servers

1. Run both Arma2 and Arma2: Combined Operations once to complete installation.

2. Download the latest version of DayZCommander from http://www.dayzcommander.com

3. Run DayZCommander and click the "versions" button from the top menu.

4. Click "Install latest revision" under Arma2 OA. Wait for the download and install to complete.

5. Click "Install latest version" under DayZ. Wait for the download and install to complete.

6. Press "Done" to close the versions panel.

7. Double-click any listed server to play.

To explain the servers, basically it's divided into hives.

There's a main hive, then many, many private hives. If you're using DayZ Commander you can choose to filter out non-official (Or private hive) servers, and there are public hive servers based worldwide. Good luck! :)
