In The Mind Of A Bandit, A Q&A With My Attacker.

I recently had my first run in with a helicopter. This particular firefight did not end well for either party. When all was said and done both myself and Zlad (The Helicopter pilot) decided to add each other on steam and had a long talk about the events and the thoughts going through our minds.

Prelude:

My Story (Jackl590): After just having spawned I headed east through Cherno picking up very little supplies. In the wilderness I spot an unarmed player, a helicopter soon fly's overhead, lands and picks up the player. They then proceed to search for me...

His Story (Zlad): I was flying around looking for campsights. Then my friend got killed by a group of guys or something like that. So I went to get him...

The Battle:

Q&A With My Attacker (Zlad)

1) Q: "What where you doing before the event?"

A: "I was flying around looking for campsights. Then my friend got killed by a group of guys or something like that. So I went to get him."

2) Q: "Did you'r friend tell you I was there?"

A: "No, he didn't say anything"

3) Q: "Then why were you searching for me?"

A: "We were searching because he really wanted to kill someone."

4) Q: "Why did your friend jump out of the helicopter?"

A: "We were searching because he really wanted to kill someone, hes kind of a jerk and an idiot which is why he jumped out."

5) Q: "What made you crash?"

A: "I was going closer and turned a bit, that's when I hit it. the hitbox for that tree is bigger than I thought and I got too close."

6) Q: Why did you decide to chase me?

A: For the heck of it. I knew I was going to die with 400 blood so I made it exciting.

7) Q: "Why did you miss so many shots?"

A: "Oh, I know you were calling me a terrible shot, but when you have 400 blood everything is white and the camera is really shaky."

8) Q: "Why did you kill me instead of letting me give you a blood bag like I said i would if you stopped chasing me?"

A: "I don't know.... I thought killing you was funnier, I felt like jack Nicholson at the end of The Shining."

Me: "Do you have any questions for me?"

Him: " I don't know... were you afraid of me?"

Me: "Well of course, it was terrifying, you know its scary when you have to hide behind a bush in broad daylight."

Him: "Did you ever think of trying to reason with us from behind the bush?"

Me: "Well i asked your friend in side chat if he was friendly and he never responded so i assumed you were bandits."

Him: "That makes sense."

Me: "Is that all?"

Him: "Ya, I think so. I'm just glad I got to see it from the the person being hunted's perspective, instead of the hunter's."

Me: "Yea it was definitely a cool experience."

It truly is an amazing thing seeing things through another eyes. I think the reason he did what he did was for fun.
