its not a new map, dayz developers didnt made it.

the map is available for a long time, but they started now to implement dayz.

its big enough to have fun on it.

love the map especially the ambient sounds gives it an scary lonely theme and coldness.

but its a brutal map hard to find loot when you start.

also helps if you are good at combat

Me and my buddies just played on Namalsk for the first time tonight, we all loved it!

We didnt find it very difficult to find loot as there is alot of military spawns everywhere. however we did struggle finding food at first.
