Chat is Scrambled?

So, everything was going great. I had teamed up with someone and we both acquired some sweet firearms in Cherno. Next thing I no, I can't communicate through chat. I would type one letter and a diffrent letter(or number would pop up). looked like gibberish. Eventually ended with me getting kicked by an admin for using a microphone in side chat to try and get some help. This has happened before, I know it has to do with hitting a certain key on the keyboard...people suggested using TAB but that didn't work.

Multi-language keyboard? See if there are other languages setup, you can remove any other languages or change the hot keys to toggle between them via:

Control Panel > Language and Region > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards
