On private it's gonna take more effort but still possible to be overly geared up, all that is needed is to join after restart and go crash site hunting.There are several heli crashes that are going to have many weapons at them making it very easy to get the best loot. Realistically you wouldn't have several crashed heli's with several amazing weapons at them. It'd be more realistic and balanced to have maybe only a couple of crash sites per server and/or 2 or so weapon spawns per crash.This way people can't just drive to all the heli crash locations and end up with multiple of the rarest weapons with not much effort at all. Yeah they're empty because people immediately go searching for them after the server restart. Try reading the post mate :LI checked my second and third tag and nothing came up. Cappin Caveman 7 Posted October 23, 2012 I agree with the OP. Guns should be RARE and ammo for them even RARER. I would personally like to see more melee weapons. When you spawn in fresh, you should be able to grab a stick, sharpen it with the knife and voila, improvised hunting/killing tool. Quaby 93 Posted October 24, 2012 It really isn't that easy to get such great guns-they are hard to find and most of the time have nearly nothing. In checking maybe fifty crashes, I have found an M107 once and once I found NVGs. I have never found an L85(I've HAD one, but never looted one). Maybe I'm just unlucky?
