Briefly.

Climb over walls, combat roll, combat prone, press to wall. etc

I have used them. There are helpful in certain scenarios but sometimes they are clunky. It requires more button pressing to simply jog. I would like the ability to knee/crouch at different heights but the combat jog and rolling isnt really practical for DayZ mod or game.

As with all of these addons they can be customisable, so if integrated, you may have only your extra prone, and others may have their tuck and roll.

I forgot that they are client-side. ie. some people in the server could use them and others could have them disabled. It would be personal preference.
