Town on fire???

so I logged into a random server and it was night time but I could see everything and it looked like everything was on fire, is this just something someone did to light up the night?

He sent me screenshots. Clearly there was a fire that I couldn't see on my PC.

Nope, that is exactly the bug I was referring to. It's client side so one person may see it whilst another won't. Unless it was a hacker lol.

I think, in the case of my video, it was the work of a hacker. The standing corpses, creepy wandering livestock, and the hacked in weapons crate (visible at around 0:20) are all clues that I had wandered into some sort of perverse hackers nest.
