Microphone Audio Levels

Recommended Posts

So I've noticed that when I'm running around shouting 'FRIENDLY IN CHERNO?' and I get a reply that I can barely hear the other character's response. I've played with the audio levels in game and there's no change.

It's almost like the background ambience is far too loud, in proportion to the other audio levels.

Anyone else got an issue like this? Any quick fixes? HELP ME :(

Adjust VON (incoming volume) and microphone (outgoing volume) to max, lower everything else (mine are at about 30%) and then increase the overall volume in windows or your headphones/speakers if necessary.

I'll give that a shot when I'm home and revert.

Thanks pal.

VON has no impact on direct comms, so disable it if you don't want to hear people spamming side chat. That's if you're playing on servers with side chat enabled.
