How to Increase Fps by defragging game files.

Yesterday I installed GTA IV and it was very laggy so i decided to look for a fix online i came across Contig.exe its a file defragger by mircosoft so i defragged the GTA files and the game ran smoother so i was thinking why not the same for DayZ? When i did this my fps increased hugely before when i did it when i entered elecktro i lagged alot but now no lag :)

Tutorial

1. Place Contig.exe in your X:\Program Files\ArmA 2 Folder

2. Create a Shortcut of Contig.exe and place it on your desktop

3. Right click the shortcut and select Properties

4. In the Target box after "X:\Program Files\ArmA 2\Contig.exe" add -s including the space

so it should look like this -> "X:\Program Files\ArmA 2\Contig.exe" -s

5. Run the shortcut a cmd should pop up and it will start defragging the files (only takes 5 or 4 seconds)

6. Start up DayZ and notice the increase in Fps B)

X = The letter/name of your hard drive
