camycamera 36 Posted October 18, 2012 i'm no complete expert, but yes, very smoothly. my PC can't even run BF3 at all, but even i can run DayZ smoothly in some cases (it really depends on the server from my experience, see how well arma 2 runs on single player before you get dayz though.... i get a smooth experience with medium graphics, but i must lower them to low in dayz in order to get a better FPS (this is the server's fault, not my pc for the FPS issues)).but when standalone comes out (guaranteed by the end of this year), DayZ will be much better optimised, as well as more advanced. fathairybeast 246 Posted October 18, 2012 Probably pretty smoothly, although certainly not flawless. I recently upgraded to an fx8120, radeon hd 7850 with 8 gigs ram and even with all that there are some hiccups.
beadyroller 9 Posted October 18, 2012 (edited) That's good to know, I'm not really bothered about having it on the highest of highest settings, as long as it can run without lagging out a lot, that's what im interested in. So you think this PC could do a good job?Cheers. Edited October 18, 2012 by BeadyRoller
123codename123 1 Posted October 20, 2012 (edited) 1GB of graphics card RAM is required to play and your graphics card gives 1024MB (1GB) so you will most likely need to lower your graphics setting substantially.
