CHARACTER DATA RECIEVED FROM SERVER?

I can only go into non-hive servers because all the ones that are connected to the hive I get stuck after the "Loading" greenish letters and it just sits there ... forever.

What do I DO?!

what versions of the game are you using most of the time stuck at loading means that your running incorrect versions

It's stuck in "Character data receieved from server"

I am running 1.7.2.6 of DayZ

of Arma 2 97982

try the latest beta from here http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php

if you have no joy with that then its your character data on the main hive has been corrupted

you can ask for a reset but they are very behind on doing them

you can try a few other things

downgrade the dayz version to 1.7.2.5 or .4 and trying to get on the same server then it will get stuck at loading instead if you end the process and go back to the .5 and load it should reset your character to the coast if its a location problem

when it says creating/waiting for to create character you should be able to hit the respawn button and it will kill the character and create a new one for you

did you fix the other problem you were having with you and your brother playing at the same time

Yeah,,thanks for asking.

I sent a ticket in hopefully it gets answered to reset it but I guess I have to keep trying to get support from the community.
