I apologise for not answering your question, but I'd just like to point out that there is a 'Server General' section of these forums. Your post would be better suited there, and there are pinned threads that may answer your question or help you out with some other things regarding servers. If you are wondering about Private Hives specifically there is a "Private Hive Discussion' section as well.

In a way, yes. It's pretty much a server disconnected from the main HIVE.
