Hello everyone I have my own private server and was wondering how I add extra vehicle spawn locaitons so that I can have more vehicles spawning on the map but im not sure how to add them so if someone could help me or give me a list of how to do it would be great.

I Got banned for Anti hack #43, when i didint have any scripts or anything open, nor will i ever have any? is fraps or cheat engine bannable for that? cause i had cheat engine for BTD5

I believe all servers have vehicles that spawn naturally. If no vehicles are spawning on your server then speak to your provider and they should be able to sort it out.

I am quite curious... Because no matter where i look i cant find an answer. Do all the maps have vehicles? I couldnt ever seem to find a vehicle spawn map for anything except chernarus. I use Vilayer to host a server and i was unsure as to whether lingor had vehicles spawn naturally. I know chernarus did. If not, is there a means to be able to achieve such a thing?

As i annouced my camp was finished in sidechat,I heard someone yell "Hey Thomas (IGN) in voice,I noticed it wast side chat and freaked out.I quickly stopped looking in my gear menu and switched to direct,as I was doing this,the world exploded around me. I did not die,but he did. He started to laugh over VON. I quickly told everyone over sidechat that hes a hacker and aborted as it sounded like twelve machine guns being fired over my head. I would wish to get recording of this,but I am afraid of taking another hour or more to find a tent.

Make shit up all you want buddy. Never hacked anything in. I have been trolled by hackers while streaming but haven't done anything myself. Quit being a troll. It is a private non-hive server with 70+ vehicles. There are even some Panthera servers right now with 400+ vehicles. Yes private non-hive. And yeah he totally killed us. lol

Greetings! As the title says, my friends and I are looking for a server that comes close to what we want out of a private server and if we find it we would love to become a part of the community. Please post your server if it meets all, most or many of these! Ideally we're looking for something like this: Anti hacking/exploiting/duping 3rd person no side chat overpowered weapons disabled (AS50, thermal scopes, stuff like that) increased number of vehicles (but not a crazy amount) active admins anti Alt-f4 measures being taken whitelist and/or password to keep out hackers Thanks for your time!

There is hardly any reason to leave a bike behind, sniping someone on it or riding it. It is one of the best vehicles ingame imho, really silent, takes no fuel, easy to repair and easy to hide. I had this other idea: Someone maybe had a server restart on him while he was riding the bike and he forgot were he had last saved it.

Panda, there seems to be a huge lag issue at the moment. Unable to bandage, give blood bags, get in cars etc.. Possibly issues because of all the vehicles on the server? I'm not sure what else it could be.

This is pretty funny. I'm personally a scripter/scriptkiddie. I will tell you right now, the control other player thing, is not running a script on other players. If I could run scripts on you without getting kicked, I would be trolling you hard. Turning you invisable, fixing your legs, let you get up and walk for a second, then break them again, remove your gear. Most of the methods for running scripts on other players are detected, there a handful that aren't, but of course, they are private. You can't complain about hackers that much anymore, Battleeye and the Anti-Hax scripts limit the shit out of the stuff we can do. A few things that require remote exec bypasses. - Spawning in vehicles Morphing others Giving you gear remotely/removing your gear Making you dance Breaking your legs Locking your character Just a few things. My friend ****i made me a few scripts for nuking servers. One just destroys all the buildings on the map, but in a sick way, it does it in a shockwave. Another one kills everyone and destroys all buildings and vehicles instantly(usually crashes bad servers) One that deletes players and their bodies(lol) One that just kills all players. Hell, he even has a script that deletes all the bodies+hedgehogs and such from the server. Improving the connection for everyone on the server. They basically made a few things impossible to do without a remote exec bypass. Funny how spawning in vehicles(createvehicle) is impossible to do without a remote exec bypass, but killing everyone or deleting everyone(there's a difference) isn't. I don't like to take sides so first:- Faceman never said he went on too no PvP servers and started shooting up everyone... And now:- Ever damn PvP'r it seems tries to back up their actions with the 'its a sandbox open ended game you play the way you want' thing, yet they arent capable themselves of accepting that some people dont want to PvP, ya know, cuz ITS A SANDBOX OPEN ENDED GAME YOU PLAY THE WAY YOU WANT...If your trying to convince us all that the game is just PvP dont try and use that excuse, you sound like a hypocrite... Non pvp'rs, stay away from big towns, only go in as a group or at night with a silent weapon, play on servers with side channel enabled = more chance of friendlies (also some douchebags settings traps though) and maybe don't pick anything of too high value up, the most valueble item i usually have on me is an alice pack nowadays, until i'm positive i have decent players around me, and i usually just use a hatchet/handgun, also probably best to stick to your feet, vehicles attract attention end of. theres more but im tired, oh pretty much dont have anything of value in your possesion unless your damned well sure you can defend it (aka dont get atttached to your gear) PvP'rs, dont troll the big cities with snipers (go do that at NWA), especially if your gunna then try and brag about your 234782374837 kills when we would be surprise if even one of those kills were on a level playing field...its not cool to kill unarmed fresh spawns, and you could be turning away newcomers to the game, and if they run from the mod they probably wont come to the standalone,is that what you want? to reduce the sales of the standalone? more than likely reducing the content we receive in the end? -I can uderstand you killng an unarmed person who you run into around a corner, is very close by however. I don't PvP, I don't interact with other players much at all even though i'm on a server with quite a few friendlies right now, and i've been playing since june/july and have killed 3 people, 1 was a murder (was in a group of 6 friends and one of us ran into a supermarket alone and got shot up, thus i took the shooter out) the 2nd a bandit at NWA ATC (dumbass thought i'd passed out on the very top when I was just bandaging so i popped him as he climbed the ladder) and the last to take revenge for the death of a friend (oh sweet, sweet revenge) I will help others though, I will inform others of valueble items e.g. crash sites (sometimes to see the battle to get to it), and I will fix up vehicles and leave them for others too (jerry can included) and sometimes deliver them to people too. I find this a much more satifying playstyle and many more should do it IMO, but effort is something some people just cant handle I guess... The real babies in this game are those who come in expecting to get everything handed to them on a plate and then when it isnt, decieve and use others to get stuff, thats just the same as saying the game is too hard for you i'm afraid you guys ; ) At the end of the day it seems most people are seeing the genre title survival game and reading into it as survival of the fittest game... TL;DR? No STFU and GTFO, if thats the case then your probably not the right person to be reading this so you dont need to know... Also don't know if all of that is relevant but I rarely use the forums and sometimes it's good to let it all out :D

i´d like to see camoclothings for vehicles in dayz so it vould be easyer to hide them in to woods and such. Becouse i realy hate when im trying to hide a white GAZ into a green forrest. i dont know if there will be crates to store guns/food ect. but hiding the gear is important. What do you think? Vould it be usefull? Tell me your thoughts Down there :)

So I was on a server with, I believe, just one other player. I was in Stary Sober and I found a vehicle. It was busted up as shit. Busted fuel tank. Busted engine. No tires. No gas. Fucked up hull. No windshield. Everything was torched. I went around looking for parts to fix it with. Found one tire and a windshield (and that was after searching around for about 45 minutes). I finally logged off to go have a smoke. I was gone for maybe fifteen minutes. Maybe. I logged back onto that same server. This time, there was nobody on it. I checked back where I had found the vehicle. Gone. The bear trap that I had laid by the driver's side door was also gone. I concluded that there was no way in bloody hell the ONE OTHER PLAYER on that server had found the vehicle, repaired it, fueled it up, gotten his legs broken by the bear trap, and driven away. So what I'm wondering here is if server resets, relocate vehicles (yes, I did save the vehicle...multiple times actually)? If not, then can anybody else give me an explanation as to what the hell happened?

I did realise that too but the problem for me is there were vehicles pre loaded into the database and those files can't be deleted or modified and this I think is the reason why my database won't migrate. I have also done a ticket for this issue.

Really? Surely you've noticed I have also been having issues after they moved to 3.5. I, too, was upset because of the silenced that was first given and the lack of replies to service tickets. After making a public announcement acknowledging there was a problem my stress slightly eased as I knew that replying to my ticket saying what was already said was a waste of time. However, approaching the forums and openly attacking a business is not solving your issue. Obviously if you're unable to figure out how to input vehicles correctly into your database you should work more towards that than blasting this crap all over the forums. I will agree that they are in over their heads and in the time that 3.5 rolled out and it was discovered that issues weren't localized they should have rolled the update back instead of moving forward. It does sound like you signed up at the wrong time but I know they're more than willing to provide you a refund to go elsewhere. You're providing nothing of use to this community anyways.

Is there any clarification on the new Database setup. I'm looking at it now and it's different from what we were using. It obvious that Survivors category is still the same. Vehicles on the other hand seem to be way different. Are we now using a set I.D number for vehicle type ? Are the min and max damage settings for the amount of damage a vehicle can spawn with. Some clarification would be nice. Obviously we are now using the database with the number 2 next to our names if anyone else was having issues with that.

hi, Maybe some server are more hackers free than others because admins are more active but personally I always meet somebody who is cheating (god mod, teleport...) at some point. The good thing with private server is admin give you your items and vehicles back when you are hacked and hackers get caught and banned. I too will be doing a cancellation if my server is not 100% working by the weekend as I call 10 days without a fully working server a joke. But I understand they must be having massive issues with the upgrade to Bliss 3.5 and then 3.6. If I have lost all my vehicles for good though, I will def be filling in a cancellation form and asking for a full refund.
