You will start with a scoped rifle (atm: DMR), some bullets, some bandages and one heatpack. We added some loot what we think is typical for Namalsk (warm clothing, broken food delivery trucks). The PSI event and the Bloodsuckers are also enabled. We want some PvP, but not the way of a straight-hill-sniper-party. You have to do some survival things and thinking about your position on Namalsk (PSI event). Ugola think DayZ should be a suvival game and NOT a deathmatch shooter but PvP seems to be very popular atm. Like I said we try to mix some PvP AND survival stuff. If you like this way give us some feedback. We are able to add general STARTGEAR (we need your reasons to change it) and LOOT on Namalsk. We can change daytime, total server reset and some other stuff. IT DEPENDS on your suggestions and reasons for this. Introduction to Vehicles Vehicles play an important role in the game. If you are tired of running around, being chased by zombies, and spending 30 minutes to run only halfway across the map, you should definitely put some effort into getting a car running. Vehicles consist of four essential parts to run. If your wheels icon is red, your vehicle will not run; if you have no gas, same thing. If any other icon is red, your vehicle will work, but it wont be as efficient, and will either leak fuel, or have a greater chance to explode Saving: This is an important part of the game. Back a few builds, you would have to select "save" to save a vehicle in its place, and it was very glitch sometimes. This old system has been replaced, and now vehicles save automatically. Be careful before server restarts. Sometimes there is a rare bug, which will destroy your vehicle, and completely disable it. This is very rare, and has only occured to me once, but has happened to a few of my friends as well. Repairs: Vehicles need to be repaired to function properly, and efficiently. Each vehicle has four different icons. Each icon labels a certain part of the vehicle. If any part is yellow, to red, the vehicle can be, and should be repaired. Wheels:The wheels of a vehicle are as essential in this game, as they are in real life. With your wheels on orange, to red, your wheels will pop. Once your wheel pops, you can see it clearly, and your vehicle will be immobilized until you repair the wheel. Engine:The engine is the most dangerous part of the vehicle. If on red, the engine has a chance to explode, with a 99% chance of your death. Fuel Tank:The fuel tank, and the parts are important, and should always be maintained at a green level. If your fuel parts hit orange, or red, you will make a lot of stops at petrol stations. Fuel: Your vehicle will not run without it To be continued...

I'd like to tweak my vehicles a little since I'm hosting a bliss private hive server, and I want to replace some UH1H's with a couple special MH60S'. Any help would be great since I tried to modify it from the database, but it wouldn't spawn the helicopter after the server restart. Thanks all!

Okay So I've mastered the art of inserting vehicles into DayZ by finding the vehicle_id by going to v_vehicle in MYSQL then going to world_vehicle and copying the ID and then actually inserting the vehicle through copying in instance_vehicle If i make no sense this is what i do to insert vehicles http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cAPo6WCXQPs But looking in v_vehicle I can't find vehicles like Police Car or cars that are outside DayZ Is there any way to insert vehicles like those if you know what i mean? I know Police car is in DAyZ but not in the game itself. Just FYI Thanks in advance

The admins on the server are very active and we take care of the player base by making sure you have a fun experience with little to no cheating. Hacking and cheating will not be tolerated and you will get caught and banned immediately. There is no rule against using side chat for voice but do not spam incessantly or you will be kicked and then banned if further abuse of the side chat is observed. PVP is welcome and encouraged but don't cry hacker or cheater if someone kills you unless you know for a fact that something about that player is suspicious. If that is the case then tell the admin and they will look into it further. Server restarts are scheduled for every 6 hours with several warnings but sometimes the server may be reset abruptly. Upon a normal server restart, all vehicles will be repaired and will spawn back in their respective spots. This means that you can't hide vehicles or store items in them because the reset will remove everything. Find a tent and find a good spot to hide it if you wish to retain your loot. Join us on our new 50 man server we've been online since the 16th of December and since then we have increased our server ranking to the 100's. We have dedicated players that are on daily, survivors, hero's, bandits and squads. Hackers are dealt with quickly and smoothly and we try to guarantee loadouts and vehicles. Alright I have been doing this for hours and just now found this... It sucks. But anyways, I am not sure if this works with other hosts and how they are setup, I just know its setup this way on HFBServers. (Great host, very cheap). On the package I got I have full access to all. I have the "DayZ Package Plus". So yea, anyways lets start! For you guys if you didn't know you can find these by going to The "vehicle" table and find the vehicle you wish to have then you will need to find the ID of that vehicle. Lets go with a SUV. On mine it says SUV is ID 29. Okay Shut down your server So now I would go to "world_vehicles" table, keep scrolling on that to next page to what ever til you find the ID from "vehicle" table. In our example we are using SUV so we need to find 29 under the ""vehicle_id"" column. Once found. Look to the left and you will find the ID of that line.(SUV IS 80) Take that ID and then +++++++++++++++++++++This is so it spawns on top of you+++++++++++++++ You need to click "profile" find the character's you want to spawn it on name, on that line you will see something under the ""Unique ID"". On the line of the person you want you will see that ID, example 12345678. You will need to keep that in mind or write it down. After doing that go into table "survivors" and find that ID you got under Unique ID under ""Unique ID"" on there. When found you will see a ""worldspace"" column. On the line of that ID you got you will need to copy that ""worldspace"" code +++++++++++++++++/////+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Click on instance_vehicles Then if your using phpmyadmin you will just go down to the bottom and click copy of the last one. Now your on this menu. ID = Blank world_vehicle_id = Put the ID you got at ""vehicle_id"" (SUV is 80) instance_id = 1 worldspace = Can be random or use the ""worldspace"" you got from the Unique ID stuff with your accounts inventory = Leave alone unless you know what your doing parts = [] fuel = 1 damage = 0 last_updated = Leave Default created = Leave Default THEN CLICK GO! Then start your server back up and the vehicle will be where you made it spawn in the worldspace! Adding video soon!! Hello everyone we are a fairly new server here on DayZ. So far we have acquired a lot of players who play on a regular basis and this is good especially since we are a very new Private Hive to the DayZ world. We also have our very own Team Speak channel for the game, we truly want to empower the idea of player interaction and we also intend to encourage the PvP side of things as well. Admins are friendly and are willing to help friendly players out if they too are friendly. The server today alone exceeded expectations for we had 46 players on at once. On the other hand, our Team Speak server is designed for players to group up with other players and there is one rule while participating in the Team Speak server; don't kill other players in Team Speak otherwise you will lose your Team Speak privileges. Overall we intend to make this the only Private Hive that you should ever play on especially since we take community suggestions very seriously and find solutions to make the game more balanced or accommodate for modifications to insure player satisfaction.
