  1. • US 1776 - Boobs4Noobs - 100+ vehicles - side Chat on - 24/7 daylight - (v1.7.4.4/Beta 99153)[Veteran] | DayZ.ST Server IP: 173.193.48.140:2362• 3:40AM (Pacific Standard Time -8 Hours) (roughly around that time) • Spawned with a friend at a previously saved log off next to our helicopter. Thirty seconds after we spawned 2 players teleported to our location and we heard chat in direct communication saying "don't get in that heli". We got in and it immediately exploded but our characters survived with no damage done. The hacker (username "Darnell.") then told us we didn't die because he put god mode on us and that we should follow him for better gear. My friend and I both logged off.

Utilizing some of the new features first introduced with the latest BattlEye update (v1.158) and ArmA 2 OA beta patch 95883, DayZ Anti-Hax parses server logs for only the most obvious hacker behavior and adds those deemed nefarious to the server's ban list. When used in combination with Battleye Extended Controls, which can automatically reload a server's ban list while it is running, this is a completely automated solution that requires little to no maintenance, making DayZ Anti-Hax an extremely useful tool when used in combination with good 'ol fashion manual log combing.     Custom Vehicle Skins... Please Help

    The info is downloaded in the mission file when you log into the server, i have seen a couple clans with custom skin vehicles on their own servers. Yes Morgan we even double checked that but Zabn copied what he made directly to the server.... It spawns fine exactly where it's meant to, just no skin :(

  6. My friends and I have got a truck and are looking for some people who are willing to join up with us today (and maybe some other days) in a specific DE Server to search for good weapons and vehicles. Give me a heads up ASAP if you are interested.
  7. Last Ones Left http://lolindayz.enjin.com/ We are a new private community server, we are looking for bandits and survivors to spice up the server and create a living breathing DayZ server. We are not a clan, we dont work as a clan, or like a clan. We want groups of people, Clans to make this server there home, interact with other groups of people, good or bad. This is what makes DayZ great, player interaction. With most clans having there own server, They run as a clan server. They rule and own the land, vehicles and anything in it. Anyone joining gets picked off and killed. LOL runs as a community, we have many bands of groups working against and with each other to create adventures in DayZ, all coming across each other in game creating different adventures each time. With the kill messages and name tags switched off. You have to judge everything by your own and your own eyes. This allows people to play as they want. We run Gotcha Anti-Hax Whitelist Weekends We plan on running whitelist weekends. this will be something discussed on our forums, If people vote for a whitelist weekend. This is something we can do, All registered players will be on the whitelist. until then, the server is open to the public full time.
  8. If anyone is interested, here are the fixed vehicle sql's i have made for the Taviana EU version. All vehicles now spawn, planes spawn in hangers and also tweaked the spawn chance on some of these I have also added Police cars around the towns, as you would expect to see a few. They are packing a shotgun in the back ;-) Just import them into the relevant locations Please note: Your instance_vehicle table will more than likely at present, have quite a few vehicles in it that are not correctly supported, meaning they arnt showing in game, or were only compatible with the .com version So i would delete all the vehicles from there, import my SQL's into the correct locations and then use your spawn button on your dayz.st control panel.   9. I have almost finished the vehicles for the EU version, made it a little different so planes are in hangers and choppers are harder to get by being on the smaller islands. Most of the land vehicles were find, but moved a few spawn locations of vehicles into garages attached to houses. Also added Police cars to random spawn as you would expect to see a few around

    Why not just create a mission in the editor and place all the vehicles for you to try. Or just go to Armex. Easier to get hands on experience then. Also if you have flown for as long as me you have to at least try a barrel roll in a huey, its a laugh.

    Ya sorry if I don't have the guns but we are getting some more vehicles so maybe we will run into them along the way or something either way we have been soon this all wire fast only about3 of us and we got this in less than a week. Ill let you know if I got my hands on some of those.
  12. 1. You can manually refuel vehicles at the moment using the database, even though it wouldn't be as easy a control panel fix it is possible to do. 2. When we have FTP access we should be able to change all the helicopter loot tables, as I want this to be able to add RMOD weapons. 3. You can add buildings by using the 3D editor and using the following tool to import them into the database. http://dayz.wofjwof.com/map.php The tool importer is broken at present and will miss out parts of walls and other items, it did work perfectly though about a week ago so hopefully it is fixed again very soon.

    Lighting and Electricity

    In the standalone it would be interesting to see survivors being able to set up searchlights, or simply lighting the streetlights or other electric lights. I will be the first to admit the tactical fallacy of that as it would make areas more visible, but it would allow for excellent world building and allow the survivors to establish large bases with lit areas that would make approaching them in the night more difficult dangerous. My idea for fuel: All of the abandoned car batteries. Implement an item called CAR BATTERY that can come charged or not charged. In the event it is charged, you can connect it to some lighting equipment that can be salvaged from vehicles, streetlights or residential/military areas. The batteries would be consumed after a certain period of time. Charging them would be done by creating a charging station, combining an OLD BIKE, some SCRAP metal, and WIRING. Essentially building a pedal generator. A survivor would "use" the pedal generator. It would consume "thirst" and "hunger" since they would be expending body energy and converting it to electrical energy. This would allow survivors to essentially convert food into "batteries" useful for further base building and possibly powering cars, if car batteries are implemented. Thoughts? P.S: I think this idea would fit well into the framework of the game already. No horribly messy coding. It would essentially be like "creating fire" where a light source is created. It would require the creation of an arbitrary object called "battery" the ability to "fill" this object when near a context sensitive area. In this case the area would be "generator" which in turn would be created from a bike. ALSO: You could FIND generators in game (I think I;ve seen them around) repair with engine parts, fill with jerry cans, VOILA, electricity!

I was in the process of setting up a proper release of my Base Building script/hook to DayZ community with a github/tutorial etc but with work/school and managing/developing for US023, this release kept being pushed until winter break. Unfortunately others are releasing my code on their own without credit and making accusations that I Daimyo, am stealing others code within my code which is outrageous and helps justify the fact that they downloaded my code off my server WITHOUT PERMISSION. It has come to my attention by Humbleuk that him and KillZone Kid were the original authors of the gates operation function (I personally modified the keypad access panel from Igneous01 but apparently they were in the process of doing that as well). Proper credits at the bottom have been given as they should! Regardless, people shouldnt be justifying the release of other peoples code with false accusations. Message me next time in the US023 SERVER or on Tunngle or on Youtube instead of downloading files off the server and releasing here (tunngle). Tunngle release with guy trying to justify his actions when blatantly acting like he was developing scripts on his own forums Here is my official RUSHED release of Base Building DayZ 1.0: Base Building DayZ 1.0 (I use Bliss, but can work with other server packages as well if tweaked) v1.1 Changelog: -player_build.sqf _dir variable works properly when factoring keypanel _uid/gate code. -small minor fixes to code. By: Daimyo Contact me at [email protected] NEW VIDEO COMING SOON! Finally after weeks of testing and tweaking, I am doing a rushed release of my work to the DayZ community. We will call it Base Building DayZ 1.0 and as I improve it I will release later version. It requires NO mods and simply overrides the building mechanics in DayZ with added custom scripts by me and others(see credits below). Can be used for other server packages but I will provide no support for those until I test myself. I was setting up a github but did not plan on this early release, so when I get time (no promises), I will try and set that up! Also, I am including an optional anti-wall/anti-disconnect wall script for players using vehicles to get out into a wall, bypassing base defenses all together. Also other scripts are included (some are hooks, some are made/modified by me), see features below! I am also including operational gates by Mr Jay with keypad access scripted by me with some code and interface used from Igneous01’s Simple bomb script (credits at bottom) These New Features/Mechanics include: Building up to 30+ Arma 2 unique objects with 30+ unique recipe’s Custom removal feature which gives a chance to fail and OR lose tool box depending on how difficult the object is to create. Booby Traps! The booby trap I created is a simple improvised explosion device that a player can create and is set off within a 10 meter radius with a 1 to 1 ½ second delay and look like a small dirt pile. They trigger from vehicles too and carry over on restarts. Current Recipe for Booby Trap: 1 Sand bag, 1 Scrap Metal, 1 Grenade (Etool and Tool box required) The only way to remove a Booby trap is by crawling up to it and disarming it. You initially get a: 50% chance of success without Entrenching tool or tool box Entrenching tool increases this by 10% Tool box increases your chance by 30% Having both = 90% success rate Recipe Book!: A simple action menu that allows you to see the various recipes to create each class name (They can be renamed manually from there default class names). KeyPanel Access that opens gates: This is a simple hook that adds an action to info_stands object. Once built, a long code is given, (longer than what you can enter on keypad but still works). Once placed, this code is permanent until object is removed by server host. It opens nearby gates, also in the recipes. Optional Features: Anti-Wall scripts prevents players from exiting vehicle to get into a player made base and or “closing game” while driving vehicle straight into a wall from passenger to then logon glitch into base. Take Item Fix: This is an anti-dupe script. When servers are under heavy load, you can pick up tires, scrap metal, etc mutilple times and have tons layered in your backpack. This fix opens players gear menu whenever player performs these animations to pick up only those objects, making it harder to grab those objects over and over. Modified Chopwood function: This is simply a basic hook using original DayZ code that makes chopping wood play a repair noise and adds a delay, since part of the recipes in the base building script uses wood, and this makes it harder to acquire. AntiHeli: We had hackers spawning Ka60’s and having unlimited rockets, this simply makes them exit their Ka60 or whatever vehicle you specify in the script. Requirements: No mods required. Tested with 1.7.4.4 . (REMOVAL FUNCTION IS PARTIAL, CHECK INSTRUCTIONS FOR MORE ON THIS) Theoretically building features should work on any map as it overrides the DayZ building mechanics. Installation for server owners (follow all instructions): Download: REDIRECTS TO YOUTUBE CHANNEL, LINK IS IN DESCRIPTION Follow instructions in the Word Document or Text Readme or PDF I do not mind if people reference or use code of mine or change functions all together (its a great way to learn SQF). Please just give credit where credit is due if you do so! KNOWN ISSUE: Removing objects does not remove from Database: Since I am always changing my server files and or mission files to correct this problem on my own, I am leaving you my server files from my Namalsk server THAT ONLY DEAL WITH CREATING/REMOVAL of objects to reference off of how I add/remove objects properly. This is different from the latest 1.7.4.4 as I was getting errors so I reverted back to some older code and modified that. In server_functions.sqf under the function that creates a UNIQUE ID from objects position “dayz_objectUID2 = {“ I remove the _p3 position to make the UID smaller (this also prevented an error where a negative Z position in getposATL would corrupt the UID number in the DB but this is corrected in 1.7.4.4). I recommend reading the instructions on how to deal with this as I left two player_remove.sqf's in the tweaks folder that were modified to work (without testing) with 1.7.4.4 original DayZ code that removes tank traps, wire fence, and sandbag in Original DayZ SCRIPTS/HOOKS SPECIFICALLY BY DAIMYO (some use modified DayZ Code): player_addActions.sqf player_bomb.sqf player_build.sqf player_chopWood.sqf player_disarmBomb.sqf player_recipeBook.sqf player_remove.sqf initWall.sqf antiWall.sqf anti_discWall.sqf antiHeli.sqf take_itemFix.sqf Since I was practically forced to release this in fear of others modifying and eventually claiming my work as their own(not saying they did yet), I will not have the time to provide proper support until at least a week or so.   15. The ability to find and fix military vehicles (such as a Humvee or an APC). Even though it would be fun to drive through Cherno destroying every scrub I see, once a clan gets their hands on one, goodbye fun.
  16. actually I believe it is the admin doing to be honest I had reported them recently myself, battleeye admins may want to look closely into this one and into 4247 as well, there is an exploit with the rcon where you can set up a tent or sand bag then turn it into a wall, which is obviously what I had seen near electro in 3305 and in the NE airport tonight in 4247, i mean on a private server this i would assume is no big deal, but on an official server? I think should be inexcuseable, teleporting by the admin on a rcon is a big abused power on 3305 as well, players and vehicles. at the very least they should be knocked off the official list.

  19. So today I logged in to Dayz my favorite game to play. I join my favorite server CA 20 and when I am logging in it stops and says I am Global Ban! I have never hacked or collected or been given any spawned weapons or vehicles I have owned the game for about 6 days now and I just got global ban for no reason. Any help would be great and if someone could fix this problem that would be awesome/getting unban. Thanks, Ben.
  20. Whats up guys i recently made a server and am looking to get some people playing on there. Some basic info on my server. 24/7 Daytime, 75+ vehicle spawns, custom loadouts, private hive. The main reason i started this server is because im tired of hackers killing me and admins taking advantage of their privileges. I am on almost every day and we currently have 2 admins that monitor the server and take care of hackers. I will do my best to replace any items that have been effected by hackers but will not just give out vehicles or items. I have zero tolerance towards hacking and you will be banned immediately if caught cheating or hacking. There is side chat in my server and im not as strict as most servers and will let you talk a little more but i will be making a team speak so if you like to talk a lot just use that because you will be kicked if you spam. I am looking for other admins but i will contact you if i want you to be an admin, do not beg me for admin. The server restarts every 3-6 hours depending on how many people are on at the time. that mostly sums it up for now i hope to see you guys on there! Server ip: 173.192.200.91 Port: 3306

  22. Looking for a server? Come try this one. We have vehicles set to a reasonable amount, loot is very good, and you start with a starter kit. What kind of starter kit, you ask? -map -matches -m9 -night vision (yes, NVG's!!!) Oh, did I mention a M16A2?!?! A few updates to the server have taken place today, they are as follows: [ADDED] * We have added the following vehicles; S1203 (Betty Van) (x2), Hilux (x2), Skoda Blue (x1), Land Rover (x1), Police Car (x1), Datsun (x1), Hatchback (x1), SUV (x1), BAF Offroad (x1), Ural (x1); This brings the total vehicle count to 61.
  24. We are now using a much more reliable host so the server is running great. Current map is Panthera and we have loads of vehicles (4 Ospreys just now lol) and other good stuff. Hope to see some new members :)
