We had a friendly helpful team that was more than willing to help out newcomers. We kept a constant eye on our logs for hackers and had an active presence on the server daily. I did manage the servers additions and scripts personally, so requests and general improvement ideas were always welcome. As for our admins, they had limited power (bans/log access only), the main idea is to have eyes on whenever possible to keep the server free of scripters. One of the reasons I chose to start this server was based on some bad experiences with hackers and admin abuse, and it happen'd again on my server. So instead of wasting more of my fucking time, i'm just going to shut it down. To all the players that joined our little server for its short life I thank you and tell you that it was an honer to have you :).

The server ip is: 192.31.185.214:3323 Server modifications 1.AI Patrol Functionality (from Sarge's post) player triggered AI (same concept as Dayz's zombie spawn, this prevents "unused" AI on the map) - 3 AI factions: AI survivors (shoot Zeds and player bandits) AI bandits (shoot Zeds and player bandits/player survivors) AI soldiers (shoot Zeds, AI bandits and player bandits) Dynamic "enemy" handling - only units near players will be made "unfriendly" towards Zeds / Bandits etc. Randomized gear/skins and group setups(leader/sniper/riflemen) Randomized patrol waypoints around the player preconfigurable sizes of groups, number of groups and probability of groups spawning close to player static AI configureable (e.g. put a group of bandits in Devils Castle, let 30 soldiers protect your camp, etc.) static Heli patrols predefined (Chernarus south coast, east coast, airfields). custom patrols configurable. automatic despawn if no players present anymore in the area killed AI bodies get deleted after a short amount of time (reduce server lag) 2.Auto refuel (refuel at any gas station) 3.Debug monitor (keep track of your bandit kills/murders + more) 4.Custom spawn table (certian items have a higher spawn chance) 5.Striping vehicles (take parts off vehicles with a toolbox) 6.Evac sirens/quarintine bombing (authinetic sirens from israel that lasts 60 secounds... then the bombing begins!) 7.Custom buildings + Hero/bandit bases (self explainatory) 8.Custom loading screen 9.Custom loadout (start with machette/map) 10.TSW Antihack Admins are friendly and will help anybody who needs it on the server, they will answer any questions that you have and they are also very fair. The Havok gaming server used to run 30-40 people daily so help us get back to that for our new server! One of the main reasons I say that is because of the friendliest admins/staff that I've ever seen. From the second I joined the server, I got welcomed by everyone on there. When you got a problem, they'll help. Heck, they'll even help noobies who don't know how to play the game. They also refund your stuff if you die because of the server (Ex: buggy plugin) (This doesn't happen anymore because they got things sorted out,). Also, if you have a question about this server, they'll answer it, like when I didn't understand why I was shaking and loosing blood. They pointed out I had an infection and I needed antibiotics. I asked where I could find some and they gave me some. Another reason I really enjoy this server is because of the great features of it. One great example of this is the max vehicle spawns. I enjoy this because its easy enough to find a car, but not to easy that there isn't a point to the game. Another thing I really enjoy is auto refueling. I mean going up to a gas tank, scroll wheeling, then refueling! Awesomeness if you ask me. My favorite feature of this server would probably have to be the ability to take apart cars and use there parts. You can walk up to a car, scroll wheel and take an engine/glass/anything else off of it and repair helis, other cars, boats and airplanes. Another I really enjoy but it was removed but its coming back was the ability to TOW cars. You can latch one car to another. You can also airlift things from one place to another. Oh yes, and I cant forget, they even have custom buildings around the map! These are some of my favorite features, but there are many more! My final reason for highly enjoying this server is because of the great and all knowing community. If you need a heli ride/car ride to anywhere on the map, their there for you. Got a player after you and have a friendly near by? They'll help you out. The community if great of here. Overall I give this server a 1000/10 . I have played on some really great servers but they all seem to be lacking. I would like to build a great community of players that want to have fun playing DayZ. We have everything you need to have fun here. Website with a forum, Our own TEAM SPEAK Server, and a great community. Let me explain why i believe you will want to play on our server. 1. We have 200+ Vehicles which i manually spawned all around the map. (some servers lie about this. but i assure you there are 200 vehicles on this server right now!) 2. Active Admins 3. 24/7 DAY LIGHT (To some people this may be a bad feature but i disagree. Most servers you play on at night are so dark you cannot see a foot in front of you. Whats the point in playing in pitch black? Its not like most servers instantly spawn you with night vision goggles. even then what would be the point in playing night?) 4. EXTRA Helicopter Crash Sites 5. Friendly Community (We indeed do have a small community. But we are growing together and hopefully we can expand to be the greatest chernarus server out there) 6, Cleared Debris on Chernaus Roads (no more crappy objects block your way on the roads of chernarus.) 7. Auto Fueling (no more getting shot in the back while your slowly fueling up your vehicles. simply pull up to a tank and scroll + click Refuel!) Hi there, i have this question, there is this server that i really like.... but When does it happends it restarts and you have to start all over again, Like all the vehicles spawn over etc etc. When does this happens or Does it not happends? thanks :D

This has most likely been suggested already, but could there/will there be vehicular combat in the standalone? By this I mean being able to shoot a pistol out from your car, for example. Chasing a player and being able to shoot at their car would be much better and more realistic than driving around cities for 20 minutes until one person runs out of fuel.

Hey guys, Myself and my friend Brandon have setup a new DayZ Server on Namalsk, It is a private Hive and we hope to get it up and running with a fair few base members, the server is currently quite empty but we hope to change that, although it is a good time to come online and hoard some vehicles and start a base for yourself, restarts are every 3 hours so there will almost always be new vehicles ready to go.
