Just because you can't see the fun in it, doesn't mean you have to make fun of it? Why is it a problem that other people like to have many vehicles and play more PvP style?

The story is.... Firstly, I want to found a M40A3 for Digger4400, a guy called ]SY7[snake told he can trade m40 and looking for my M16A4 ACOG, so he force me go to cherno, then I went there. I ask him "where are u? I arrived." He said "go to fire station 3rd floor I drop M40 at there." I follow his instruction. Move fast to check the 3rd floor, when I saw the floor is emptry. I knew what will happen after a sec. .....2 AS50 shots fire near my body....I was still alive. Actually, ]ST7[ Snake is working with a sniper, they are a team, I parked my white Offroad next to the firestation. when I arrived. But now I was contact with the enemy and I have no idea where the fires come from...I just know the direction...I ran into a red hut and stand by... Suddenly, I heard my offroad's engine started. I ran out to the road follow the offroad and keep shooting short burst by using my Mk48...]ST7[ Snake was killed by me, but the sniper is still alive...When I ran back to ]ST7[ Snake to confirm his dead. The sniper shot 2 shot on the vehicle. Blow it up and he still keep shooting 6 rounds more.All misses. I use the destroyed vehicles to be the cover, get away ]ST7[ Snake's M240 and all his ammo. Finally, Get the hell out of there. Am I right? The story happened on US1252 WOLF server.Just 30mins before Actually, we generally shoot people if we have to...Don't try to do anything stupid

Your server is experiencing the debug mountain on a larger scale than I've ever seen. If you aren't the owner, give this post to him: Have you ever tried modifying your DayZ mission? Add in new towns, change spawn locations, loot tables, add more vehicles? Do any server scripts/mods (rMod, for example) show up in the logs as causing problems? Does this only happen post-death (when you respawn), or do you join the server and everyone is off-map? Have you ever had a "Hacking" incident on any level? Does anyone respawn/join as birds? Try renaming your DayZ mission to something like dayz_chernarusXXX.pbo (or what have you) and redownload the private hive files. If the server is fixed while running vanilla, then your problem is whatever you've been changing in your server.

Well, I would say a server being the best server is a matter of opinion, as what you listed doesn't interest me, except for bad admins of course, but I might be able to help. If you do switch to DayZ Commander, you can find the private servers more easily, which are the only servers you'll find the features you're looking for. If you're open to other maps as well, Taviana servers always have plenty of vehicles, and Origins would be a good fit too, although I don't think they have dogs on Origins. A search of the private hive discussion forum section could do you some good too.

Rocket. Please can you force a good level of Trees and Grass in the standalone. In the Mod everyone plays with no trees and grass coverage to get a tactical advantage. I know of players playing with 2560x1600 with minimum coverage on a GTX Titan. This is a joke. No player should be able to reduce graphics to gain tactical advantages. Please force a high level of coverage to provide cover for players hiding and scouting. For all the cry babies out there who will say their rig isnt powerful enough then they can choose to reduce the resolution to 1280x786 or something. This will be their trade off. They will lose resolution rather than cut down the coverage to gain FPS. I have seen people go as far as deleting Trees and Grass from their system folder to gain tactical advantages to see tents and vehicles and players who are hiding from bandits. Please do not let this happen.

You're just plain wrong. While it is true that there are other zombie mods for other games, there are also specific dayz mods for other games that replicate the EXACT features of the arma 2 version. For example, the san andreas DAYZ mod has the same player model, with the black vest and baseball cap, has broken vehicles that requre the same parts to fix as the arma 2 version, and even has cans of beans laying around. If you wouldn't call that dayz, then you're being deliberately ignorant. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but not only are you not answering the topic of this particular thread, but you're misleading people with false information. Now to actually start answering the thread, the games I know of thay have ACTUAL dayz mods are (besides Arma 2) : Minecraft GTA: San Andreas GTA 4 (apparently) GMOD Arma 3 ...and I'm sure more will pop up over time.

Noob admins, do you know what they are? They are the people who spawn vehicles in front of them or spawn weapons in front of them or instantly give them morphine, blood bag, etc. That's what a noob admin is. They almost make the game unplayable. Its just Shit Stupid. Hell yeah I can play DayZ without a car, its just fun to be riding in one with your four other buddies. I didn't know people were real fags on this forum.
