I don't know what you did, but now it works, though we lost everything. We had vehicles, a shitload of tents, weapons and what not. :( Oh well.

i have a problem with the save of tents and 2 vehicles, he dont work i save tents and restart the server and not save the stuff Oo

I'm game. I want to get to a place where we're actively finding and tracking other players. I want to follow people to find camps and vehicles. It's difficult hard and long work.

It's all from the military stuff like military tents in Stary, Berezino, etc and I think some broken down army vehicles.

It looks like there are no vehicles on US 88. I cannot find my car. The server was rebooted about 4 times last night. I have screenshots of the server being rebooted.

You let one person abuse the TOS, soon the rest will follow. also i have vehicles and tent w/ gear on that server which annoys me considering i play mostly late night at around the time these guys want to go to bed and shut down the server.

Well, this isn't really a confession - more a funny story about a stupid clan and their multiple blatant failures at killing me. Here's a little back story; I used to play SAMP on this server called Trueroleplay. I met this guy there named "the Falcon". After a while, he posted up a thread about DayZ in the other games section, and mentioned how is realism unit was making a survival group for the mod. I don't know what exactly happened during the time while I waited to buy DayZ, but in the end he had a falling out between his realism unit based on the fact a zombie apocalypse isn't very realistic. After a while, he started up his own clan with a guy named Mikey from the Netherlands and a guy named Jonny from Great Britian. Being the adventurer I am, I decided to accompany them on teamspeak from time to time and try to help them out by collecting gear and vehicles. When they released their new server, US 1111, I joined in and helped them find vehicles. All in all, they had around 15 by the time I was done, 13 of them collected and repaired by myself and the guys from govnogaming (there was only 2 of us with toolboxes). I ultimately built up trust with them, and became a VIP on their server and within their clan. I never joined as I didn't really like Jonny, but I was always around. Since then, I've helped them collect some of the best gear they have (ghillies, rangefinders, nvgs, etc) and made them a better group people. On several occasions, they thought I had turned against them and got all mad, saying they could easily take me out. Now, getting to the real funny story part. From that day on, I swore to never let them get the best of me (which was about 4 or 5 days ago). Every day I move towards their camp from my own and pick a few of them off with my AS50/AKM combination. I take what I need and leave their bodies there for them to recollect what I don't. Up until yesterday, all was fine, and I kept good with them over teamspeak. They had no sweet clue who was sniping them and it was starting to get on their nerves. Anyways, yesterday I went on a small mission with another VIP and a Staff Sergeant from their clan. During this mission, I "accidentally" was shot in the head by the other VIP. Conveniently, less than an hour later, I got banned from their Teamspeak with no reason or explanation. Today, I went back to their base. I sprayed everyone down I could find, and raided all their tents. I blew up all their vehicles I didn't want, and left them with a broken bike and 2 broken buses. When more clannies came back, I shot them too. One guy tried to ghost me, but I smacked him promptly. I destroyed them all. The funny part? I plan on leaving their server by August 3rd at the latest. When I do, I'm giving away their grid coordinates and killing them all one last time. Good luck afuclan.com - I'm coming for you, assholes (ps: I want my fucking gps back King, you dirty VIP cunt).

My ATV disappeared too. So did my Bus and Lada(?). Tho I found the bus and the lada at the middle of the NE Airstrip! so fucking random. Might be the third time some of my vehicles teleports to another location for no reason.

Lol at the whiners seriously... Will this ever stop ? I mean you're playing AN ALMOST REALISTIC ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE SURVIVAL GAME !!! Stop with the wrong expectations please. How can you come here and cry about the fact that there is no respawn button because YOU broke your leg / you're not spawning CLOSE ENOUGH to your friends,clan,whatever... Actually the issues that has to be addressed are the zombies AI, the GUNS balance, the multiple bugs with vehicles/tents etc... Not the things that require you to PLAY the game WITH YOUR BRAIN ! You broke your leg without a morphine on you ? Well too bad for you, you had to be more careful. Try to crawl your way up to the closest hospital, it's hard, thrilling, and another experience of the game... You are not spawning close to your mates ? Well ok... Both of you have to run in the same direction and find a rally point, one run with the sea on his left, the other on the right, avoid zombies and populated area, check for supplies as you're going to need at least one drink. It's again, another experience of the game... YES, it's a part of the game, and my friends and I are enjoying it as it is. We're taking the game as it is. Of course it needs polishs and new features, BUT NO FEATURES THAT WOULD RUIN the core gameplay. You MUST survive by any means. Once people get over it, we'll be alright.

I guess in your opinion it's perfectly fine that server admins can abuse their powers and basically lock down their servers so they could hoard all the vehicles? That's nice. There are plenty enough servers that've got admins who'll do everything in their powers to make it as fair as possible for other players. You're clearly doing it wrong in the first place If you get a server just for looting/hoarding all the stuff.

yeah, dont blacklist all server, so all clans can have all the gear/vehicles and stuff, then you play with your makarov while being camped all day long i just dont understand why people tend to be this stupid

So theres a hacker on our server, I know this for sure.. Because vehicles are spawning near me like crazy... And Ive been turned into a zombie.. Yes .. theres only about 8 people in the server.. But i cant just go crazy kicking people out of the game.. Im ganna restart it but idk if they be back. Can you justify kicking everyone you dont know just for this reason?

Camouflage net for vehicles. I think there should be a net with camo so it kinda blends in with the world and should be as rare as a ghillie suit. ( Also found in residential buildings.) How to use: 1: Get the net. 2: Apply to the vehicle.(Just like a wheel or fueltank parts, but you can do it without a toolbox.) !!! : You can not drive while having the camouflage on your vehicle. The only option it will say when next to the vehicle is "Remove camouflage" 3: Remove when you need the vehicle.\ 4: Drive away! I hope people will like this idea, i find it pretty realistic. -Roman

I've never looked for or found a vehicle. Travel is part of this game and to be honest I think that vehicles should be much much rarer.

Hi, title says it - I'm looking for a group or clan to play with on a regular basis. I live in Berlin, Germany and am 22 years old male - I speak english and german fluently, have a mic and flexible gaming times. I prefer GMT+0-3 (because I like playing at night when it is night - alltho I'm flexible on that) with 3rd-person servers that have a connection time under 3 min if possible. I'm looking for a semi-casual set of people to play with that work good in groups. I'm adaptable to millitary style gameplay because I used to play Counter Strike in a clan about 6-7 years ago. What I mean by semi-casual is that I want to play in a group, build a camp, get vehicles and do raids and stuff but in a relaxed and planned gaming enviornment without yelling at people just because they slightly did something wrong. I'm even good to go with a distribution of roles. So if anyone wants to play with or hire me - I'd be happy to commit myself to a group. Greets, Tingle. Haha, no i am here. Sorry it's just been a hectic weekend and i was mostly unable to reply to the thread. I have reviewed all the applications and most the answers look pretty good. Right now i am in the process of setting a camp up and getting some vehicles going. I have PMed most the people who were interested in joining and things should get rolling soon.

I feel yah brother. Wondered the forrested waste looking for a motorcycle yesterday. Hauling tires and fuel with me. Hoping I could stay on it if I found it long enough to find the other parts to make it safer to drive. No motocycle. The guys I play with got a van yesterday. We ran around hitting some spots then hiding that mug. But it's the "groups" van...so I am walking. I would love a motorcycle. But no luck. I would like to see the rarity hold true to the final product of DayZ. Would like to see some simple skills added to players...so you had to have a mechanic in your group to not only fix it, but keep it running. I think that between the rarity of the vehicles, a mechanic and parts, they'd be a rare find...and hard to keep going. I think that in a real world zombie/infected apocalypse...vehicles would be harder and harder to come by. Then of course is the fact that gas is only good for about a year. Diesel for about 3 with additives. So...over time...everyone would be walking. Or riding horses. Hey...we need horses!!!! Out.

Vehicals, vehiCALS, seriously man? And to the OP, people are hoarders, dude. That and with duping, groups are easily able to get vehicles up and running long before they should.Then you also got to factor in the whole internet thing, with maps that show people where everything is so they don't even have to explore to get rewarded. People want things easy, as long as it's just for them, hard for everyone else. =)

I know for a fact irl vehicles can take about 50x the amount of damage the video showed

Had one car for a few days along time back. Then I found a mini little camp with bus and tractor. I took the Bus, naded the tractor, drove bus to pick up friend, we drive around looting. After awhile of this we randomlly find an ATV on the road so we get it. (Full gas/all green.) Go to pick up third friend. I crash bus into random pop up barricade lag. So take ATV, flip it and it gets stuck on its front wheels. So look around, literally 5 feet away, a dirt bike... full gas and fixed. LUCKIEST DAY EVER sort of, later jump the dirtbike 200m from friend fall off and die. That's about it, went through 4 vehicles in less than 3 hours. Was fun.
