By the time I was back to the spot the dude was gone, but some people I was playing with said they heard a noise resembling a rocket being fired...

I think any publicity for the game is good, no matter what it brings in terms of player base. If less skilled or serious players come because the game is being more noteable, that means that the community is growing in general. Should be interesting to see how it develops, but apparently the mod is already found stake in Arma 3, which is proof enough of good things to come. Glad to be doing my part to help this awesome mod.

Ya so you know Maxi, he is intentionally impersonating Bear Grylls. He actually talks like that and is just as annoying as it sounds lol...

Hey guys. Heard about Day Z just the other day and since I and a few of my colleagues have fell in love with it. Obviously, a lot of others have as well based on how quickly the game gained popularity lol.. Anyway, I am a representative of AcegamesTV, an online Gaming Network. We decided that since the game and the Mod specifically are so insanely fun, we would feature some of the mod's iniquities and intricacies on our Youtube channel. Here is a sample of what we are talking about. Meoni included a bit of humor to equate the game in a way that is understandable to most. Hopefully you guys like this video, but more importantly what do you think of this idea? I personally believe that games like this that allow this level of modding are trusting in the community to enhance itself. Hopefully we are doing our fair share of giving Day Z the exposure it deserves. Check out the video and the channel, and if you like what you see stick around, as there will be more Day Z as well as other games to come. Also, as a side note, if anyone also fancies them self an internet personality, we would love to have more individuals covering this mod. As its only in an Alpha state atm, there would be a huge opportunity to start now, and succeed in the future once it has grown even farther.
