Anyway - back on point. Have you heard about the group of players that picks up people on a bus and takes them to a camp where they make them duel to the death inside a barbed wired arena? The winner can either join the group or be let go with a gift. This is actually a true story and has video evidence - are there any more groups of people out there doing some weird stuff? Stories anyone?

I think you have answered your own question in there. But hey, dont pretend you've got it all figured out. Men were absolutely certain the earth was flat once. People who say this or that is impossible generally look like fools to future generations. I think you miss the point of this thread. An Urban Legend generally does turn out to be false when the details are studied - but despite that some of these stories persist. It is all entertainment. And Green Mountain still freaks me out no matter what anyone says. Anyway, do you know we only use 10% of our brain - how could we possibly know what is going on in the Universe? (Actually that 'fact' is total BS but the myth will persist forever) If you've got a story, join in, otherwise i believe the door is thataway >>>>>>>>> :)

Agree - ahould be a system for all weapons. To be honest most of the weapons you find lying in barns or houses would probably be half way to being useless.

Hmmm..i've had an interesting few days with the recent patch. There i was with a week old character all geared up and having just successfully raided the NW Airfield. Happy with a successful day i logged off. The next day upon log on i was greeted with the Do you want to be male or female screen - oops i thought as i respawned on the beach near Cherno. I assumed something had happened and my character was wiped. Not bummed out at all i found a nearby bike and had a whale of a time raiding Cherno and all the fun that brings. After another day i logged off. The next day and there i am again back in the bushes near the NW airfield - my previous weel old character seemingly untouched. Do i now have two characters on the go? If i log on again where will i be - near the church at Cherno or on the outskirts of the NW Airfield? I have noticed a few others have this problem - is there any explanation?

Suggestions on this forum can be broken down into three categories, which are repeated endlessly: Things that will surely make it in the game eventually: For example More skins More Weapons Solving DC / Alt-F4 issue Zombies hitting through walls / teleporting Environmental effects Subtle character changes (ie beards, blood on hands etc) Fixing of most bugs Some things that defintely wont make it into the game: For example Punishing / Identifying bandits Safe Zones NPC's Currency Infecting players / Coming back as a Zombie And some things people should just STOP complaining and posting about: For example Starter Weapons PvP Zombie sight / hearing being too high I get these by listening to what Rocket says he wants the game to be. He wants to provide a canvas and let us loose. Have i missed anything? Because i am mighty sick of seeing multiple similar threads posted. And i am aware of the irony in that i am probably repeating what has been said as well. We do not need more threads on these topics - add your comments to an already made thread, please. Right, after getting that off my chest I am going to Green Mountain now and i dont expect to return.

Ah the good old dayz. Does anyone else miss those lines of chat that the Global and Side channels gave us? Anything else people miss from the good old days of Dayz? I miss Bandit Skins - even though it was problematic and not realistic it just got the blood pumping when you saw a bandit. I am clearly not against suggestions - what i am against is MULTIPLE threads about the SAME suggestions. I have listed things which clearly will be and wont be in the mod - i dont think anything i have said is actually my opinion, just what i have heard Rocket say and write. The essence of this thread isnt to troll but to say "Hey, these topics have been brought up countless times, enough already!" I think people should use the Search function and then add to that thread, not create your own. Do a count yourself. How many threads can you find with the words PvP, or Starter Weapon, or Solving DC? That's what i am against.

By yourself or your buddies, not by NPC's that's for sure.

The only way to create a safe zone is if there can be no chance of players ghosting in and shooting up the place. Hence the idea for underground bases which appear on one server only - the only way in is through the front door - which of course would be guarded.
