You mean walk through doors? I am of the opinion though that zombies need to be more dangerous. Running indoors, grabbing you and dragging you down rather than hitting you, random spawns in the forests, Uber boss zombies with rocket launchers.... Make zombies a major threat and perhaps players will be forced to cooperate a little more - or not. And a side note i am joking about the uber boss. Unless he is found in a bunker under Green Mountain and he turns out to be a clone of Adolf Hitler.

I must admit, once the hacker problem is dealt with suffiiciently we will probably lose a lot of these urban legends. If only hackers could be the "Scare the crap outta player" type instead of the Insta-kill morons.

The underground area is a nice change and makes for some intense PvP - especially with the high end loot to be found. Think of playing the map as a short holiday while we wait for standalone. -
Since i am in Australia i often find that i have to play with about a 200 ping. This hasnt caused too many problems (i hope) but i wouldnt go too much over that. You will start getting kicked over 200 anyway. Of course lower is better for everyone, but sometimes you dont have a choice if you want to play on a particular map.

Why keep score? I suppose it pisses off those heroic bandits who snipe noobs just for the kills. Though once you are killed it would be nice for a nice summary of how many kills, days, beans eaten etc you accomplished.

Why no single player option rocket?

I know what you mean. You start off at respawn and you do play a single player game (unless you run straight to your friends) until you are geared up a bit. Then it is the other players that are more of a threat rather than the zombies (until i find a hatchet!) Imagine though - you could just run to all the best loot spawns, completely care free as you know there will be no snipers, no ambush, no running into a fellow survivor and both crapping your pants as you fire off shots in blind panic. If you just had the zombies to worry about there would be zero threat once you had some decent gear. It wouldnt be long before you had all the best gear and what then? Sit atop the Cherno Hotel with your Chopper beside you, sniping zombies all day? Perhaps a Single player game could be added as a Tutorial so players could get to grips with zombie behaviour and the controls? -

Single player would not work IMO. Without the human factor it would get pretty boring, very quickly. For me, the tension comes, not from the zombies, but from the possibility that there is another Survivor out there - and what his intentions are. For me, no other game has come close to producing these feelings. -

I definitely agree that zombies should respond to a flashlight. Wounded zombies sound interesting - a whole heap of possibilities, armless, legless, blinded... As for wandering hordes or zombies randomly found in forests, fields etc it has been suggested many times, but...hell yeah!! -

Download the exe on the 1st post - works perfectly for me and keeps everything, as well as Beta patches up to date. These guys are doing a great job. -
I dont see the problem with the Alt-F4 solution or countdown clocks so you have to wait to log out. Kinda makes sense to me - you should only log out if you are in a safe, quiet area. Unfortunately possible connection issues and hackers are a problem we have to live with at the moment.

I dont think nerfing is needed, nor the removal of sniper rifles. What i do think is required is skill to use one properly. Being able to hit a moving target in the head from 1000m? Total BS unless you were one of the best marksmen in the world - and here we are some bum who washed up on the beach with nothing. Make aiming harder, dont snap the sights straight back to target when a shot is fired and make wind a factor. Then if you make that 1000m head shot you can be truly proud. -
