Stealthy play doesnt really work atm. Zeds can see from miles away. Get an axe. Tear shirts into rags. Run around a lot.

Yep, and you should have to change underwear every day...or in the case of boys under 15, every 2 weeks.

Bah, 20-50 ping is a pipe dream...i often play on servers with a ping 200-300. Play on a +300 server for a while and you start to feel like Nostradamus, reading the future of where the zombie will be so you can axe him.

Be nice if we could make a fire and throw some of these "useless" items on to destroy them....i really hate finding buildings absolutely cluttered with gear. Would love a good bonfire. But then again persistence will be a constantly evolving thing for the devs to tweek and change.

Ha ha of course. Also those bloody pens. A 24 slot backpack shouldn't be full with 24 pens!

Tbh the 3rd person exploit has been discussed many a time and the simple fact is a lot of players like having the ability to peek over and around obstacles. I just play on 1st only...and i really wish a few more people would as well...it really does add to the immersion (if that is your thing of course)

I don't advise trying to play on servers that are located on the Moon...the ping is terrible. -
Even though it seems to be getting too fiddly and intricate i do think socks should be one of the most important items in the game. Anyone who has hiked or gone camping knows what it is like if you get your socks wet for any length of time...dry socks are crucial!! But it could just be a step too far that the devs don't want/need to take. Perhaps we are to assume that any footwear we find come with socks.
