I have no problem with high powered weapons as long as they and their ammo are super rare. The main problem with the AS50 was the duping - at one point everyone had one. Fix that, decrease the spawn chance and i see no reason why weapons like these can't be found. -

A long time ago on a beach far, far away.... I ran around like a headless chicken, screaming as zombies chased me in the dark i think. It was the best experience in a video game i'd had. -

There is a fine line between clever and stupid. I always consider the suggestions thread as a massive brainstorm. A lot of ideas may be silly or impractical but there are some good ones every now and then. Beans to whoever gets my quote. -
I've never really had time for the crossbow in it's current state, though it is a weapon i have always wanted to be improved and use. In Standalone with quivers and proper sights the crossbow could be my favourite weapon.

How will we lose zombies after bugs are fixed

Hopefully stealth (or a standup fight) will become more of a tactic again rather than blindly running and losing zombies in trees and buildings. If zombies can run indoors, be more numerous and not give up so easily just because you run behind a tree then they will hopefully be a major threat again. -

Considering it is the zombie apocalypse i would expect it to be a little 'dark' The world has ended. Things would fall into disrepair, vegetation would start reclaiming the cities and there would be no light inside buildings. I don't think Rocket will just make it cloudy and rainy the whole time though. I don't know where you get your information that there will be no bright sunshine in SA. -
If you want to criticise people being silly and having a bit of fun don't call your self Sex Panther in your title. :P

I agree with you in some regards. Some actions should take considerably longer than they do now, such as swapping guns between your backpack and being armed. Eating, drinking and opening a backpack will hopefully have better animations in the SA and these animations should reflect how long it takes to open a drink and quaff it down etc. -
I could imagine general statistics for your own character but i really don't see the point of Leaderboards, especially when at this moment in time you can change your name every respawn.

I agree - different backdrops to a DayZ style zombie apocalypse would be very interesting. Using only WW2 era weapons, equipment and vehicles would be a hoot. -
With roaming zombies and their ability to run indoors hopefully the Zeds become a fear factor once again. There will always be ways to escape just not the ridiculous ways we have now. And hopefully the best way, once again, will be stealth - or firepower.

The whole point of the upcoming exercise is to identify and fix the bugs. The SA has barely been in development 6 months and you expect a fully fledged, bug free game? Check out {Insert Crappy Day Z Rip Off Here} if you want to see what happens when a game is rushed onto the market. -

As far as i am concerned, anything on the map, anything is fair game and if it gets taken, stolen or blown up then that is just part of the game. Punishing players for taking admin 'gear' is not on.

Extreme weather would be a nice addition eventually. Blizzards, hail, thick fog, possibly flooding. Flooding would be a hard one to accomplish i am sure, but i have always wondered what would happen if i could satchel charge the dams and blow a hole in them.
