These ideas mostly don't last very long. Safezones become walking buffets for snipers and bandits don't always have the bandit skin. -
I have actually survived 50 days playing solo, and actively. Get basic supplies and weapons, if you want to raid places like the airfields be very careful about it. But like most others said, spend a lot of time in the woods. Oh and don't think having another player will help you. Those 50 days ended on the first day I started playing with a friend.

I agree, I miss the times when we got the full bandit skin. Wearing a shemagh on top of the survivor clothing just looks silly. -
You don't honestly believe that this game would be as fun without PvP, right? You can go around holding hands and shooting zombies all you want, but they're no challenge. Once you get a good gun they're easy. It'll get boring. You came to this game knowing there would be bandits and PvP. Don't complain about it now.

I think we're worse than zombies if we eat other humans. Why are zombies monsters? Because they eat humans, right? So consider that they don't think it through, they're driven by a primal urge. Can't really blame them, right? So how are you any better than them if your thought process tells you it's fine to eat other human beings.

Don't feel bad, melee weapons are dangerous and you should shoot anyone that has one, because they could be planning to bash your head in.
