60-70 FPS on the highest settings, but on my last PC I got maybe 15 max. -
I once had my leg broken because a friend of mine placed barbed wire too close to me. As we had just started I then had to crawl for half an hour to the nearest town with a hospital. All the more reason to prioritise morphine.

You'd be surprised at how easily people can set aside their morals when desperate. I have no doubt in my mind that many people would have no trouble killing strangers if it benefits them in a zombie apocalypse scenario. -

Cheating with low graphics settings isn't really limited to people with bad setups. I personally own a 650 Ti, and run Arma 2 fine at the highest settings, but I could set them all to the lowest if I really wanted to. GTX 660 seems a bit of a high standard in my opinion, you could still run it fine with slightly lower quality cards. My card is admittedly relatively close to the 660, but you don't need the 660 to run Arma 2 well. 30 FPS is a bit on the low side for that card though, isn't it?
